History Marshall Plastic Film was founded by A. Marshall Forsberg in 1972. In January 2000 he sold to Plassein International, a new company formed through the merger and acquisition of six plastic companies. In June of 2003 he repurchased the assets located in Martin, MI and reopened the plant as MPF Acquisitions Inc. dba Marshall Plastic Film with many of the same employees from the previous Marshall Plastic Film.
